Forum Nokia will continue to serve in this role, but at the same time, the site is evolving to meet your needs. You will see we’ve made some big changes in the focus, message, resources, and in the ways we help you to connect with other developers in our community.

To begin, our resources are now organized according to three main categories: Design, Develop and Distribute.

•Design covers both UI design and also application process or concept.

•Develop brings a renewed focus on 3 key development paths, Qt, Web and Java. – Simplifying the development choice. At the same time, Symbian C++ and other frameworks continue to play a vital role, and are fully supported.

•Distribute outlines the revenue and publishing opportunities offered by the Ovi Store.

We have worked hard to make the navigation faster and easier to follow; and you will see that we are grouping related information and tasks in ways that will help you to find precisely what you need, so that you can make the best use of your time.

And yet, even as our developer web site changes, some things will never change. We remain fully committed to open source frameworks, and building upon the strength of our global developer community.

Forum Nokia will continue to support end-to-end solutions that make it easy for you to go from design concept to publishing innovative, compelling applications for use on Nokia’s mobile devices. And the site will continue to provide simple yet powerful tools that are designed to help you succeed in your daily work.
