AIMIA MOBILE TRAFFIC TREND REPORT

At a forum on Tuesday March 31st 2009, the AIMIA Mobile Measurement Committee officially launched the first AIMIA Mobile Traffic Trend Report on the growth of traffic across mobile internet sites in Australia.

The Trend Report was presented at the forum by MMC Chairman Tim Elwin, Managing Director of mobile Consultancy Toyphone Media.

Further commentary on both the Trend Report and the state of mobile internet growth in Australia was provided by a panel of industry experts representing advertising, publishing and carrier perspectives:

The Trend Report reveals that in the period from September 08 to December 08 page views across mobile internet sites within Australia increased by 17.3%, reflecting a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 89.3%.

The 2nd Trend Report reveals that in the period from January 09 to March 09 page views across mobile

internet sites within Australia increased by 6%, reflecting a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of

26.2% for that 3 month period. Interestingly, reviewing the data across a 6 month period has delivered

very comfortable 3 month growth of 24.4%, and a CARG of 54.8%.
