ENTRY INFO

ENTRY INFORMATION

Entries into the AIMIA Awards must be submitted via the online entry system, kindly developed and revamped by AIMIA Silver Patron I-Nex Corporation.

You must be a current Business, SME, Associate or Sole Trader to enter the Awards and will need your unique login ID and password to access the entry site. If you don't know your login details please email info@aimia.com.au.

Below are the fields you will need to complete in the online entry form. Please note THIS IS NOT THE ENTRY FORM.

START

Once you have logged into the entry site you will be prompted to create a new entry. You are able to save and suspend your entry at any time and return at a later date to complete, so long as your entry is paid for and submitted no later than the entry deadline. Please note the deadline to enter the 19th AIMIA Awards will be annouced at a later date.

Once you have created your new entry or returned to an existing entry, you can use the navigation options on the right hand side menu OR use the "continue" and "back" buttons at the bottom of the form.

Please Note: You will now have the ability to enter the same project into multiple categories at the same time.

IMPORTANT:

For security reasons you must not leave your entry idle for longer than 1 hour. If the window is left open for a period longer than 1 hour AND you have unsaved entry information, the data entered on the page you were last working on will be lost and you will be required to restart the process.

It is important to note that your entry information is stored whenever you click the Save & Continue button - so regular saving is the key. You are able to pay, but unable to submit your entry until all mandatory questions are complete. Mandatory questions are marked with an asterisk (*) and as part of the submission process you will be notified if your entry is incomplete.
