Rewarding Digital Brilliance

The Amy Awards are the most prestigious Awards in Australia's Digital Industry, celebrating digital brilliance and honouring the work and the people in digital.

The 23rd annual AMY Awards will reward Australia's best work in digital creative, content, services and applications.



The annual AMY Awards is comprised of 40 categories including the Grand Prix, Hall of Fame and People awards.

Awards in Campaigns and Applications (product) are broken down into industry segments where the best work will be judged. Awards in People and Emerging categories are not industry-specific.

In 2017, we've introduced two new categories, Best Social Good Campaign and Digital Person of the Year.
All awards will be judged on three measures:

  • Creativity design & UX
  • Technology and its appropriate or interesting use
  • Strategy and how well it was executed

Plus, the Grand Prix award will be selected by a Grand Panel of Judges from winning entrants.

Judging round 1:
4 April to 24 April 2017

Judging round 2:
2 May to 4 May 2017

Finalists announced:
1 May 2017

Gala dinner:
7 July 2017

Eligibility dates:
1 July 2015 – 31 December 2016

Entry prices:

In the search for the best digital work of our industry, the AMY's are open to anyone that has created outstanding work in the industry in 2016.

Entry prices are below:

  • AIMIA Member price: $295.00*
  • Non-AIMIA member price: $495.00
  • Student price: FREE

*AIMIA members receive 2 free entries with their membership.
