This report presents the results of the 9th Australian Mobile Phone Lifestyle Index (AMPLI) that has been carried out with the sponsorship and support of the Industry. The overall objective of the annual study is to gain insights into the current and changing profile, behaviour and preferences of Australian mobile phone users over time. It remains the only known national, independent tracking study that makes its comprehensive results freely available to all interested parties. For this edition, the special topic questions related to mobile retail.
